2nd most common type of odontogenic cyst.

– Most commonly affects canines and third molars.

– Cyst attaches at CEJ of an affected tooth with fluid accumulation between crown and reduced enamel epithelium.

– Forms around an unerupted tooth.

– Can transform into ameloblastoma.
Treatment:
Excision, high chance of recurrence of
odontogenic tumor
